Mr. Minken participates as a guest speaker at various business shows, corporate functions, and professional development seminars. Along with prominent Mediators, Mr. Minken took part in a Speakers' panel on the topic of Employment Law Mediation at the University of Toronto. He was selected as a guest speaker at the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario 2007 Annual Conference, hosted at the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre, where he authored and presented the paper entitled "Electronic Media Abuse: Disciplining & Terminations". In September 2008 Mr. Minken was selected as a guest speaker for the Human Resources Professionals of York Region, a Chapter of the Human Resources Professional Association.
